As a graduate of the programme, you will gain basic theoretical and methodological knowledge of the individual disciplines of geography and cartography.

You will be able to apply the basic methods of geographical research to solve practical geographical tasks and analyse the relationships between the individual components of the landscape and solve practical problems related to the issue of sustainability or regional development.

You will also have an understanding of ecological patterns and environmental processes involving cultural, social, economic and political components and be able to apply knowledge of the structure and processes shaping natural landscapes.
